Job summary

GEODIS in Dallas seeks an Warehouse Operations Team Lead to supervise the 2nd and peak shift teams, ensuring accurate shipping, efficient labor use, and safe handling of goods. The role supports scheduling and cycle counts across accounts to meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and proficiency in MS Excel. This on-site role offers a dynamic environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Synapse training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs a team of employees for one or more warehouse accounts.
• Tracks employee hours in account and provides feedback.
• Coordinates with CSR and Operations Supervisor on shipping schedules and labor needs for projects.
• Unloads and moves inbound freight to storage locations safely and efficiently.
• Pulls and prepares product for shipment with exact counts and types.
• Performs picking duties to meet customer and company standards.
