Job summary

GEODIS in Pomona, CA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Lead to supervise daily warehouse activities on a Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm shift. You will direct a team, coordinate shipping schedules, manage labor for reworks, and ensure accuratePicking and unloading processes while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of related experience, forklift exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years related warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Synapse training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and write short reports.

Responsibilities

• Track employee hours on accounts and provide feedback.
• Direct a team of employees for one or more warehouse accounts.
• Coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to schedule shipping and labor needs.
• Unload and move inbound freight safely to storage locations.
• Prepare and pull products for shipment with accurate counts.
• Perform picking duties efficiently per customer and company standards.
