Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, LLC in Wichita, KS is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee distribution center operations, drive performance, and manage staff, inventory, and shipping. You will implement standardized processes and support DC goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of warehouse experience, leadership skills, and strong communication. Occasional travel and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations and distribution experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Previous experience supervising, training, developing and providing direction to staff.
• Ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills.
• Broad working knowledge of Distribution Center processes and operations.
• Understanding of OSHA, FMCSA and State Laws.
• Understanding of DOT regulations is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Voice Pick and VAI systems (or similar warehouse management or operating system).
• Strong customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively build relationships are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the distribution center operations and meet DC goals and objectives.
• Foster communication with internal departments to align goals.
• Forecast requirements and assist in budgeting and cost control.
• Lead warehouse personnel including hiring, training and performance management.
• Collaborate with external suppliers and cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and implement changes in operations and systems.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards across the DC.
