Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Wichita, KS to lead distribution center operations, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration to meet company goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehouse operations, supervisory experience, and knowledge of OSHA/FMCSA regulations. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, with occasional travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse operations and distribution experience.
• Experience supervising, training, developing and providing direction to staff.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMCSA and state laws; DOT regulations preferred.
• Proficiency with warehouse technology and systems (Voice Pick, WMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Distribution Center operations, goals, and objectives.
• Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, and monitor expenditures.
• Lead warehouse personnel: hiring, training, development, supervision, and performance management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong internal/external relationships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
• Travel as needed and participate in meetings to share best practices.
