Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor - 1st Shift for the Greenwood, SC facility. This onsite role leads all warehouse and logistics activities, supervising approximately 20 staff and coordinating receiving, warehousing, material movement, and packaging strategies.

The position aims for on-time delivery, reduced manufacturing lead times, and safe, efficient operations with a strong emphasis on safety, Lean, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or industrial environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including the receipt, inspection, storage, distribution, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
• Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate inventory records and support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and policies.
• Direct logistics and transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness.
