Qualifications

• 1+ year of manufacturing leadership experience.
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood SC will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Think and act tactically and strategically to meet production demands and improvements.
• Foster safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture and 5S compliance.
• Ensure production demands are met; supervisors understand their roles in order fulfillment.
• Serve as central contact for production issues within the department.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of employees.
• Evaluate workload and delegate tasks to ensure adequate staffing.
• Investigate quality issues and coordinate with quality control to resolve trends.
