Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Greenwood, SC facility on the 3rd shift. You will lead frontline manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity targets, and develop a high-performing, engaged shop floor team.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to manage daily line and machine assignments, and collaboration across functions to resolve issues and implement continuous improvements. Relocation assistance is available for eligible US residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years in manufacturing, production, operations, or technical processes.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience on a manufacturing or production floor.
• Relocation assistance available for candidates residing in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures, PPE compliance, and standards are followed.
• Lead daily production execution and staffing based on requirements.
• Monitor production data and ensure real-time accuracy of metrics.
• Coach and develop team members; manage attendance and labor allocation.
• Drive CI initiatives, reduce waste, and optimize scheduling and throughput.
• Collaborate across Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning to remove barriers.
