Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Production Supervisor - 1st Shift. This onsite role is Monday-Thursday 5:30am-3:30pm at the Greenwood, SC facility, supervising production activities across assembly, warehousing, fabrication, painting, shipping, or traffic.

Plan schedules to meet customer requirements and optimize resources, within cost targets. The role carries an annual salary range of $86,000–$126,000 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ year of manufacturing leadership experience.
• No relocation benefit offered; candidates within 50-mile radius of Greenwood SC will be considered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/H-1B/E-3 visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Think and act both tactically and strategically to meet production demands and improvements.
• Contribute to a safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture and ensure PPE usage and 5S practices.
• Ensure department meets production demands and that team leads understand their roles.
• Serve as central point of contact for management on production issues within the area.
• Participate in assessment, training, coaching, and development of employees.
• Evaluate workload requirements and delegate tasks to maintain adequate manning.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and coordinate with quality control to review trends.
