Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor for 1st Shift onsite in Greenwood, SC. Leads all warehouse and logistics activities including receiving, warehousing, material movement, and packaging strategy to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role supervises ~20 staff, strives for on-time delivery, and aims to reduce lead times. Salary range is $86,000–$126,000 with eligibility for a variable incentive program. Relocation is offered if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or industrial environment.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position (no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Lead operations of all warehouse/logistics to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Supervise approximately 20 employees over the shipping area and warehouse.
• Arrange warehousing and transportation of products to customers.
• Monitor on-time delivery and continuously reduce manufacturing lead-time for components and products.
• Conduct inventory audits and monitor production and plant inventory levels.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal stakeholders to coordinate transportation needs and improve logistics performance.
