Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor (2nd shift) in Greenwood, SC. This onsite role covers receiving, warehousing, material movement, and packaging strategy, supervising ~20 employees and ensuring on-time delivery. Relocation is provided if needed.

The position includes a competitive salary range and eligibility for a variable incentive program, with emphasis on safety and Lean initiatives. Must relocate and work evenings/weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/industrial, distribution, or warehouse/shipping.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Willing to work 2nd shift and relocate to Greenwood, SC.
• No immigration sponsorship; relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations including receipt, inspection, storage, distribution, and shipment.
• Manage inventory control to maintain accurate records and support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Direct logistics and transportation activities, plan and monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to improve logistics performance and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and development for warehouse staff, including onboarding and performance management.
• Drive safety, quality, and Lean initiatives; lead 5S and process improvements.
• Monitor and report key warehouse metrics to drive decision making.
• Support budgeting and resource planning, manage labor and equipment costs.
