Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Group Lead- Shipper on 1st shift in Greenwood, SC. The role oversees shipping operations, coordinates carrier communications, and leads a team to meet daily shipping goals. Salary is hourly with overtime potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, shipping experience, forklift certification, DOT Hazmat certification, and strong math/recordkeeping abilities. Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping operations: loading, unloading, scheduling shipments, release orders.
• Train shippers to troubleshoot and solve issues and oversee daily tasks.
• Load/unload flatbed trucks, vans, and containers safely.
• Publish export packing and mark packages as required.
• Process freight paperwork daily and maintain SAP records.
