Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Team Lead for our distribution facility. You will help direct the work of associates, manage receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting, and monitor workflow metrics. This role supports a Fortune 250 logistics and supply chain leader with opportunities for growth.

You will join a team focused on safety, quality, and efficient operations while leveraging forklift experience and basic computer skills to improve daily performance.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1–2 years as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar preferred.
• Forklift experience is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cut shipments as needed.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting to management.
• Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings.
