Wesco is hiring a Lead Associate in Operations at our Chicago distribution facility. You will assist the Supervisor, direct fellow associates, and oversee receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates and job assignments.
• Receive, pick, pack, shipping, and wire cutting operations.
• Perform daily supervisory tasks when assigned.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting with management.
• Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping for quality.
• Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping cost documents.
