Wesco is hiring a Lead Associate in Operations at our distribution facility. You will assist the Supervisor, direct work of associates, and handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of other associates.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting to management.
• Conduct daily safety walks and report findings.
• Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping.
• Update monthly fuel service charges and shipping documents.
