Job summary

Wesco is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate at our distribution facility in Georgia. You will support the Supervisor, directing the work of associates and handling receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, including wire cutting.

The role offers growth within a Fortune 250 company, with training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in directing work of other associates and assignments.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cut.
• Supervise when needed and monitor workflow metrics.
