Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Lead Associate in Operations to help supervise and direct warehouse staff at our Sparks distribution facility. You will assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting while ensuring safety and efficiency on the floor.

As a Lead Associate, you will monitor workflow, report metrics, and support daily operations under supervision. Forklift experience, strong work ethic, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates and job assignments.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cutting.
