Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Team Lead for our Reno distribution facility. As Lead Associate in Operations, you will assist the Supervisor in directing other associates and job assignments, while handling receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

You will monitor workflow metrics, report to leadership, and perform daily safety walks. The role requires forklift experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations when assigned and guide the team.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cut goods.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reports with management.
• Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors.
• Review complex shipments and staged goods prior to shipping for quality.

Education
