Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or master's with 1 year, plus two years managing a technical team.
• Willingness to travel locally between campuses and active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for UB's voice and data infrastructure.
• Mentor staff, build training plans, and share knowledge across the group.
• Coordinate with university departments to deliver consistent infrastructure services.
• Ensure CSI Division 27 compliance and IT policy management.
• Budget and plan service lifecycles for infrastructure projects.
• Supervise personnel: scheduling, performance, and hiring.
• Provide technical guidance and track emerging infrastructure technologies.
