Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT leadership or related field
• 10+ years IT infrastructure leadership experience in higher education or complex environments
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and public sector procurement practices
• Experience supervising and mentoring IT professionals

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) and Network and Communication Services (NCS)
• Lead policy development for campus-wide technology use, reliability, security and compliance
• Oversee long-range planning, budgeting, and investment prioritization
• Assess organizational structures and staffing, address gaps, and plan succession
• Foster innovation, accountability, and customer-focused IT solutions
