Doc Holly Pet Vet in Hayden, ID is seeking an outgoing Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of the hospital and a leader for the client service team.

You will manage appointments, handle multi-line phones, process transactions, and support clients with information about our services while developing and mentoring the client service staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles.
• Experience as veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk is required.
• Ability to train and mentor team members and provide guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage appointments and daily patient flow for smooth operations.
