Job summary

Doc Holly Pet Vet is seeking a friendly, experienced Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative in Hayden, ID. You will welcome clients, manage appointments and daily patient flow, and supervise the client service team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer service, veterinary front-desk experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and mentor staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems and in-person client assistance.
• Experience using veterinary practice management software, preferably Avimark.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client service team and ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for doctors and patients.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to foster a positive, efficient work environment.
