Qualifications

• 3+ years veterinary front desk or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding, compassionate client service and set the tone at the front desk.
• Coach and support front desk team and CSRs.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members; resolve conflicts.
• Screen calls calmly and assist with escalated calls for the Practice Manager.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, check-in/check-out, and client communication.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital services, policies, and pricing.
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and management to support daily workflow.
• Ensure phones, emails, and online requests are promptly handled.
• Assist with front desk coverage and scheduling needs as required.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, estimates, and payment processing.
