Orlando Vets Eastwood is seeking a full-time lead front-desk receptionist to be the first contact for our veterinary clients. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, communicate clearly, and support animal care with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical office assistant preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets, complete sign-in, and escort to exam rooms.
• Process payments and schedule future appointments.
• Answer calls for appointments, inquiries, meds, and reminders.
