Red Bank Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor for Neurology, Ophthalmology & Rehabilitation to oversee nursing staff and daily department operations. This senior role balances clinical duties with administrative oversight to maintain exceptional patient care and team performance.

The candidate will guide staffing, provide coaching, and collaborate with hospital leadership to implement training programs and improve departmental efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• If non-credentialed: Enrollment in AVMA-accredited program is a plus.
• Associate’s Degree preferred for clinical leadership.
• LVT/CVT/RVT credential preferred for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on clinical leader while actively participating in patient care and departmental operations.
