Job summary

Astrana Health is seeking a Lead, Value-Based Care Programs in the Quality department. This remote role reports to the Medical Director and leads MSSP quality reporting and ACO data programs to meet CMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, public health or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration or public health preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in healthcare or managed care in medical operations and/or quality improvement.
• Licenses: LVN, RN, or CPC preferred; CP HQ, MHA, MPH, PMP or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in program development, management, or projects; strong EHR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSSP quality reporting oversight, processes, deliverables, and compliance.
• Drive quarterly/annual quality reporting and data accuracy.
• Develop and implement ACO quality improvement workflows and reporting program.
• Provide and coordinate training for Provider Relations and Market Managers.
• Engage with physician practices and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes.
