Astrana Health is seeking an Associate Director - Value-Based Care Sales to drive growth across markets, recruit practices for government value-based contracts, and support onboarding into the ACO program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• At least 8 years of healthcare growth leadership experience, preferably in ACO settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on achieving business goals and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand GTM strategy with the Senior Director and develop personal territory plans.
• Develop net new relationships to drive growth in new and existing markets.
• Engage with prospective practices in a consultative manner to evaluate fit and secure participation in the optimal ACO.
• Build rapport with clinical and business staff, deliver financial benefits analyses, and explain ACO programs.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and respond to inbound leads for assigned market.
• Extend and negotiate participation agreements (contracts).
• Track prospecting activity, leads, and deals in the CRM; participate in weekly sales calls and pipeline reviews.
• Establish and manage strategic growth plans in collaboration with ACO team leaders and prioritize initiatives.
• Onboard recruited practices to the program and assist transitions to operations.
