Job summary

DynPro Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead UX Designer to own end-to-end design for internal enterprise applications and B2B SaaS platforms. You will shape AI-powered workflows, conduct user research, and deliver interactive prototypes with advanced Figma capabilities.

The role emphasizes independent work on complex projects, collaboration with PMs and engineers, and adherence to WCAG design standards to optimize internal workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience with complex enterprise applications.
• Experience designing internal employee-facing tools, B2B SaaS platforms, and complex workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered, agentic AI, or generative AI product design.
• Advanced Figma skills including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, and Dev Mode.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Vercel/v0, Figma Make, or similar AI prototyping tools.
• Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, wireframing, information architecture and interaction design.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into end-to-end product solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and design system best practices.
