Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own end-to-end product experiences for a responsive web platform. You will blend product strategy, UX and visual design, user research, interaction design, and AI-driven innovation to deliver polished experiences from concept through launch.

As an individual contributor, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape direction, ensure visual craftsmanship, and balance user needs with business goals in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end product design initiatives with significant ownership.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Experience designing responsive digital products that balance user experience, business objectives, and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences for responsive web applications across customer-facing product experiences.
• Partner closely with Product throughout the design process to influence product direction and identify the best solutions.
• Gather insights through user feedback, usability testing, research, and stakeholder conversations to improve product experiences.
• Evolve and expand the product's visual language to support new features and changing user needs.
• Own complete product features from initial exploration through final implementation.
• Collaborate directly with product leadership to evaluate ideas, challenge assumptions, and refine product decisions.
• Maintain exceptional attention to visual quality, interaction design, and overall product craftsmanship.
