Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of digital experiences across key journeys.
• Analyze business needs and data to identify opportunities to reduce friction and boost engagement.
• Define, document and govern design patterns and interface standards for scalable UX.
• Contribute to long-term vision and roadmap for digital products and platforms.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, compliance, and communications.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and correct implementation.
• Design responsive, accessible experiences using UX best practices and user feedback.
• Create journey maps, flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Apply information architecture to improve findability and task completion.
• Iteratively refine designs based on data, feedback, and regulatory considerations.
