Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, usability testing, or UX research, preferably in financial services or digital products.
• Ability to plan and conduct usability research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into practical design or product improvements.
• Document and present research, data, user journeys, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional partners and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct usability testing, research, and reviews to identify friction and opportunities across digital banking experiences.
• Turn member feedback, usage patterns, and test results into practical recommendations, user journeys, and compelling stakeholder presentations.
• Validate new features, enhancements, and issue resolutions while supporting accessible, consistent, and member-centered experiences.
