Exact Sciences is hiring a Lead UX Designer, AI to shape and drive high-impact design initiatives across digital, product, and marketing platforms. You will guide experience vision, interaction patterns, and system-level design across journeys and touchpoints, unifying design efforts across web, mobile, physical, and hybrid platforms.

You will lead teams, mentor designers, and balance strategic and tactical work while ensuring accessibility and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field of study or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years of UX design experience with lead capacity.
• Proficiency with design platforms and tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, Jira).
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for broad audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead collaboration with strategists, researchers, product leaders, legal, regulatory, medical, and design teams.
• Develop advanced prototypes and motion characteristics.
• Evolve and champion design systems to meet audience needs.
• Guide end-to-end design processes from strategy to delivery.
