Qualifications

8+ years of UX design experience in senior roles.
Experience leading design across web, mobile, and hybrid platforms.
Ability to communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

Lead UX design initiatives across digital, product, and marketing platforms.
Guide design system evolution and ensure consistency across journeys.
Collaborate with product, engineering, researchers, and legal.
