You’ll work with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into design solutions, using AI-assisted workflows to explore ideas and iterate with confidence.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Design or HCI, 3+ years of UX experience, and strong Figma skills. Hybrid from Leawood, KS, or remote in the U.S. is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years of UX or product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and AI-powered design tools (Claude, generative tools).
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Strong communication and ability to present design decisions.

Responsibilities
