Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an EPC Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar项目s on a Harrisburg, IL jobsite. This role requires extensive travel and oversight of planning, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, risk management and project controls.

Responsibilities include leading large labor crews, ensuring safety plans, controlling costs, negotiating change orders, and maintaining accurate reporting. Travel up to 50% and mentoring of team members are essential components of the role.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years field construction management experience with supervisory skills.
• Ability to lead a remote, diverse team.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and industry tools.
• CMiC experience is a plus.
• Understanding of utility-scale PV plant construction and ISO interconnection sequence & durations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee self-performed scopes with large labor crews.
• Develop safety plans and implement safety procedures.
• Oversee project billings and maximize cash flow; manage pay cycles.
• Present and negotiate change orders with owner for timely resolution.
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases.
• Set up and implement job procedures for buyout, shop drawing approvals and material delivery.
• Maintain project schedule and provide timely cost reporting and cost-at-completion forecasts.
• Lead and mentor project team; ensure contract compliance and training.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors; manage risks and QA.
