Job summary

Arch Energy in the United States is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide utility-scale solar, battery energy storage, substation, and grid interconnection projects from pursuit through commercial operation.

This role combines technical depth, EPC judgment, field engagement, and strong commercial awareness. You will build repeatable engineering practices, lead EORs, and help teams deliver safe, reliable, and contract-compliant facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive engineering and EPC delivery experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with utility-scale solar and BESS projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct design delivery from site diligence to IFC and construction support.
• Lead EORs, manage scopes, costs, and interfaces with OEMs and utilities.
• Oversee MV components, BESS enclosures, EMS, PPC, and protection schemes.
• Translate EPC agreements and interconnection requirements into executable design.
• Lead technical negotiations on scope, deviations, and change management.
