R-2 Contractors, a leader in civil, structural and underground infrastructure for utility-scale power and renewables, is hiring a Utility-Scale Power & Renewables Project Manager. You will own commercial and contractual success of assigned projects from turnover through closeout, partnering with Field Operations to deliver on commitments.

You will lead budgets, forecasts, and master schedules, manage changes and risk, and maintain strong customer relationships across nationwide sites.

Competenze

• Experience leading utility-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and pricing schedules.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
• Proven cost control and margin protection.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from turnover through closeout and ensure client acceptance.
• Own budgets, costs, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate preconstruction, mobilization, and scheduling.
• Manage change orders, RFI, and contract administration.
• Provide weekly project health reporting.
• Partner with Field Operations to align staffing and milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.
