Role Overview

The Lead Utility Cleaner oversees custodial staff, manages daily operations, schedules, quality standards, safety compliance, supplies, and coordination with other departments to ensure a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities

1. Supervision and Management: Manage custodial staff, develop schedules, conduct inspections.
2. Operational Management: Develop cleaning procedures, ensure proper techniques and products.
3. Training and Compliance: Provide safety training, ensure OSHA compliance, maintain Exposure Control Plan.
4. Inventory Management: Manage supplies, monitor usage, prevent shortages.
5. Quality Control: Conduct inspections, address deficiencies, implement quality programs.
6. Health and Safety: Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, report incidents.
7. Customer Service: Address custodial issues, respond to inquiries, improve satisfaction.

Qualifications

Must have pathogen training, OSHA compliance, high school diploma, 3-5 years custodial experience, supervisory skills, TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship. Additional certifications in facilities management are a plus.
