Responsibilities

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.

• Manage shift call-offs and replacements.
• Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignment sheets.
• Assign keys, radios, and beepers; maintain security records.
• Check equipment for proper operation and cleanliness; instruct staff on corrections.
• Inspect areas to meet cleaning standards.
• Assist staff to uphold cleanliness and service quality.
• Conduct staff training as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
