Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 7+ years in underwriting, portfolio management, product or risk disciplines.
• 4+ years leadership experience.
• Experience guiding multi-product portfolio profitability and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytics and performance metrics capability.

Responsabilidades

• Leads enterprise portfolio risk management and performance oversight across products and geographies.
• Directs underwriting strategy execution with pricing and eligibility governance.
• Leads analytical model development, forecasting, and simulations to inform decisions.
• Shapes product strategy through cross-functional collaboration with Product and Actuarial.
