You will perform general labor under Foreman/Supervisor guidance, including digging, loading materials, and operating basic equipment in a safety‑first environment.

Candidates must meet age, license, and training requirements, with potential for career growth through hands-on training and leadership opportunities on multi‑phase projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Dig with hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecommunications cabling.
• Climb in and out of equipment (trucks, backhoes, trenchers).
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Maintain safe working habits according to regulations and company policies.
