Job summary

Compal USA Technology in Texas is seeking an Unbox / Put Away Lead to oversee daily unboxing, inspection, and put-away of inbound materials, ensuring accuracy and smooth production flow. This hands-on leadership role requires strong inventory knowledge, ERP/WMS experience, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

On-site in Georgetown, TX with opportunities to improve processes and KPIs.

Qualifications

3-5 years of warehouse operations and inventory control in manufacturing.
Proven leadership experience supervising or coordinating warehouse personnel.
Experience using ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, JD Edwards) and inventory transactions.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

Lead daily unboxing activities for inbound materials and ensure proper inspection and receipt.
Direct put-away operations, labeling, and storage to maintain production readiness.
Maintain accurate ERP/WMS inventory transactions and location control.
Ensure FIFO, lot traceability, serial numbers, and inventory integrity.
Coach and manage Unbox and Put Away associates; plan workloads.
Support safety, 5S, and Lean initiatives in warehouse operations.
