Job summary

Compal USA Technology is launching new manufacturing operations in Taylor, Texas. This role leads startup and ramp‑up of warehouse execution and material flow, establishing repeatable processes to support manufacturing as operations scale.

You will work with Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure materials are received, moved, staged, kitted, and delivered accurately and on time, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations or Materials Management.
• Hands‑on experience with receiving, put‑away, picking, kitting, and internal material movements.
• Manufacturing or production‑support experience.
• Exposure to new facility launches or production ramps preferred.
• Understanding of warehouse system transactions linked to physical operations.
• Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement concepts.
• ERP/MRP experience; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch & ramp‑up of warehouse and material movement activities.
• Develop layouts, workflows, and material handling paths.
• Identify and address material flow and execution issues during ramp‑up.
• Manage receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, kitting, staging, and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate material delivery to production.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse and staging areas.
• Support standard work and onboarding as the team scales.
• Collaborate with Planning, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics.
