Job summary

Compellier is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee loading/unloading, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization. The role focuses on accurate inventory, clean facilities, and timely material handling.

You will prepare materials, conduct inventories, document processes, and support cross-divisional planning for capacity. Responsibilities include managing shipping/receiving, reporting, and implementing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year warehouse experience.
• Associate degree with 3 years warehouse experience.
• HS diploma or GED with 5 years warehouse experience.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle check.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehousing functions including shipping/receiving and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Oversee stock control and processing of all order types and system transactions.
• Produce regular reports and statistics daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Improve quality by reducing variability across operations; make data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor safety, waste, efficiency, speed, and costs to meet targets.
• Track expenditures and variances; report findings.
