The Finished Goods Warehouse Lead will guide daily warehouse activities, ensure inventory accuracy, and support on-time customer shipments.

The role requires hands-on leadership of warehouse staff, expertise in ERP/WMS systems, and a focus on compliance with quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience leading or coordinating warehouse personnel.
• Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, JD Edwards, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily finished goods warehouse activities, including receiving from production, storage, order picking, staging, packing, shipping, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate daily priorities to meet customer shipping schedules and production output.
• Ensure FIFO, lot traceability, serial number tracking, and inventory integrity are maintained.
• Monitor warehouse workflow to maximize productivity, accuracy, and on‑time shipments.
• Oversee order picking, packing, staging, and shipment preparation.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy, documentation, labeling, and customer requirements.
