Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Lead UI/UX Designer to shape the future of Digital Customer Experience. You will craft intuitive experiences across web, mobile, and in-app surfaces, collaborating with product and engineering to align design with system-wide goals and user research insights.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on UX/UI design for B2C or B2B products.
Strong proficiency in user-centered design methods.
Experience building design systems and style guides.
Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
Ability to communicate concepts clearly to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and trustworthy digital experiences that contribute to customer success at Salesforce
Translate complex product capabilities into clean UI designs and prototypes
Prototype and test concepts rapidly to resolve ambiguity
Contribute to customer journey mapping and experience design artifacts
Present design concepts to cross-functional partners
Oversee the design of multiple web, mobile, and in-app features
Provide clear design handoff documentation and specs
Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation
