Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience designing and leading B2C or B2B products and websites within cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of implementing globally impactful, universally designed experiences catering to diverse languages and abilities.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methods and best practices; capability to translate business goals into design systems.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and trustworthy digital experiences that contribute to customer success at Salesforce.
• Translate complex product capabilities, business logic, human + AI workflows, and customer needs into clean UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Prototype and test concepts rapidly to resolve ambiguity and refine experiences based on real-world usage.
• Present and communicate design concepts and rationales confidently to cross-functional partners.
• Oversee the design of multiple web, mobile and in-app features and provide clear handoff specs to engineers.
• Plan, execute, and report on user research, incorporating findings into design decisions.
