Qualifications

• 5-7+ years designing and leading B2C/B2B products in cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of globally accessible experiences across languages and abilities.
• Proficiency in user-centered design methods and best practices.
• Experience with design systems and style guides.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, incl. AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and trustworthy digital experiences that contribute to customer success at Salesforce.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clean UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Prototype and test concepts rapidly to resolve ambiguity and refine experiences.
• Contribute to customer journey mapping and other experience design artifacts.
• Present design concepts and rationales to cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee the design of multiple web, mobile and in-app features and experiences.
• Provide handoff documentation and specs for technical execution.
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation and UX.
• Plan and report on user research, incorporating findings into design decisions.
• Solicit feedback to continuously improve designs.
• Advocate for ethical, inclusive, accessible designs and bias-free products.
• Stay up-to-date on UI standards and industry trends.
• Address design challenges from concept to execution with storyboards and wireframes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX/UI Leads to align with design system vision.
