WR Logistics in Denver seeks a Customs Brokerage Supervisor with hands-on U.S. import clearance experience to lead an eight-person team. You will oversee daily brokerage activity, ensure accurate, compliant entries, and develop staff while maintaining CBP-aligned controls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a U.S. customs brokerage operation.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience in customs brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. customs regulations and import entry procedures.
• Experience using ACE and brokerage software.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily customs brokerage activity and allocate workloads across the team.
• Oversee preparation, submission and review of customs entries through ACE.
• Check tariff classifications, valuation, origin and supporting docs.
• Ensure duties and taxes are calculated accurately.
• Ensure CBP and agency requirements are met; manage holds and discrepancies.
• Support importer security filing compliance where applicable.
• Coach team members and monitor accuracy, productivity and service standards.
• Maintain records and assist internal compliance reviews.
