Supply Chain Solutions seeks a Customs Brokerage Supervisor to run the customs brokerage operation daily, ensuring accurate, timely entries and high-quality client service. The role combines leadership with hands-on entry work and team development.

You will supervise the team, clear entries when needed, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong ownership of results and customer-focused.operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of U.S. customs brokerage experience, including leadership experience.
• Licensed Customs Broker strongly preferred. CCS or equivalent preferred.
• Owns the team’s results and drives process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Lead and entry writers, including schedules and coverage.
• Own timeliness and accuracy of entries, and address delays.
• Serve as relationship owner for key accounts and conduct service reviews.
