Job summary

Hornet Staffing, Inc, a GEE Group company, seeks an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to lead import brokerage operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will manage a team of customs professionals and drive compliance, efficiency, and excellent service.

The role requires 5+ years in customs brokerage, 3+ years of leadership, and a CHB/CCS certification, with strong knowledge of import regulations and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customs brokerage/import experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a brokerage environment.
• Customs Broker License (CHB) or CCS Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs).
• Process improvement and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop brokerage team members.
• Oversee import clearance operations and customer service activities.
• Ensure compliance, billing accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Manage training, workload distribution, and performance reviews.
• Resolve operational challenges and support customer needs.
